That is followed by a unique mold construction that meets your standards and after your final approva l, we proceed with the production. Our comprehensive process ensures the final product’s quality and consists of four main steps.

Identification of your Needs
Successful collaboration derives from effective communication. After we listen closely and define your needs, together we will find the packaging solution that showcases your products in the best possible way.
Selection & Design of the Product
At this stage, we carefully study the packaging characteristics (material, shape, and size) and proceed to the in-house design. You can now have a first idea of the packaging concept. With your input, we are getting closer to the desired outcome.
Prototyping & Mold Construction
As soon as you approve of the design that meets your requirement both in terms of appearance and size, we move on with the prototypes.
Packaging Production
In this final step of our process we use state-of-the-art automatic thermoforming machines to produce the actual package. All the materials used for production are certified for containing edibles, whether transparent or opaque, monolayer or multi-layer, for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) or for other specifications.
